Apothecary Potion/Revive spawn not appearing?

See screenshot below. There is no potion or revive on the bottom path.

Was there a revive there before and you claimed it and then restarted the quest without defeating the boss? If you don't finish the quest, then the item spawns don't reset. So if you claim something and quit out nothing will respawn there until you either complete the quest, or it resets for the day.
