Why champions like Shuri who lands non-contacted attacks still gain Placebo buff? Sugar pill says Making contact with the Defender has a 100% Chance to grant the Attacker an 12 second Placebo buff MAX: 5. At max charges. Buffs will refresh themselves instead of reapplying a new one.
