Bug - should I just start a new account?

I've been playing the game as a returning player for a short while, and the login bug is really starting to freak me out. I didn't get ANY of the enlistment crystals via the login calendar nor the purple whatever they're called tokens from the month prior. The boosts that we're supposed to get for this month's event also has no sign of showing up. Should I just admit defeat that I will never get any login rewards no matter monthly or event or from the story quest or should I just say F U Kabam and start a new account?

    reporting these types of issues on the forum will not help. in the game, click the gear top left corner, scroll down and click Support and submit a request with them

    Most of all of that could have been prevented with a simple message to support my man
