Who should I ascend? (As 5*)

My current ascensions are 6* r3 cgr, 5* mantis, 5* doom and 5* idoom
I’m hesitating between sunspot, torch, abs man, venom, Mr negative, Kitty pride and spot( all are r5 except negative, Kitty, and spot)
Who should I do?

My kitty is also awakened so that does help to resist damage while phasing. Very helpful
You know what? Scratch it. I’m ascending kitty and r5ing her this afternoon(or tomorrow)
