Gauntlet bug by becoming Paragon after 100% exploring TB EQ

So... I explored the thronebreaker difficulty as a TB, however, after becoming a Paragon I can't claim the ticket to enter the gauntlet.
I've tried re-opening the game and doing a path to see if it resolved the issue but it did nothing.
Please help!!

    It's not a bug. You only get to claim the ticket if you explore TB difficulty as Paragon because the ticket is for Paragon players.

    The only thing you can do is create a ticket with support.
