Loki sp2 should transfer all debuffs from Loki to defender.

It's a good time to buff Loki. Ig this buff would make sense with his buff steal. Sp3 might start a limit over which all debuffs to Loki would apply to opponent and all buffs of defender would be stolen for 10 seconds or so.
