Hulk Furies? Supposed to enter rage at 15?

I was watching a @BrianGrant video on youtube with his 7 star rank 2 Hulk and when fighting Hulk was getting to 19 Furies before going into rage, according to the text it should be 15, but apparently he can he can also have 20 max stacks, does anyone know how to do this? ive never got him past 15 (except with the Heimdall Fury synergy - got 16)

Hulk get 5 furies when he lose 10% of health in single hit. Suppose he get Hit at 14 charges, he go straight to 19

In places like EQ where he could gain passive furies from the nodes, those furies don't count towards his ability so it can stack beyond 20

It's because of the EQ. So, if you have 10 furies from the node, you'll need to show 25 furies in order to enter Rage, and so on.
