AQ Potions/Revives vs AW?

I just want to know how AW got those sweet 40% revives for 1 loyalty point each, but yet the AQ potions and revives remain to be astronomically over priced for the value they give a player. I mean this is laughable comparatively.

• AQ Revives:
  
• Lv.2 Team 4000 HP (180 units)
  
• Lv.3 Team 10,000 HP (360 unit)

War and aq are totally different. If you are only using 1 loyalty revives in war you are not in a competitive alliance.
