Super-Skrull/Wiccan Synergy Not Working

Super-Skrull's synergy with Wiccan used to be bugged where he was only activating it while his Cosmic Energy Overload Buff was NOT active instead of the other way around on Specials.
After the fix in the recent patch, the synergy straight up doesn't work now.
