Werewolf by night nullify is bugged

I was lucky enough to pull a 7* werewolf by night today, and discovered during a play through of RoL, he wasn’t nullifying wolverine’s regen buffs. I probably landed 4 sp1 during the fight, and not once did he nullify a regen. Playing on an iPhone 13 mini, most recent update.
