Is Werewolf by Night bugged?

Hey everyone,

Is anyone experiencing issues nullifying regen buffs from cosmic beings like King Groot or Gorr? According to the SP1 description, it has a 200% to nullify but it doesn't seem to be working. Anyone else experience this?
