Practice mode enhancements

I was thinking that it would be neat if we had the option to select nodes in practice mode.
For starters increasing the attack and health values would bring it closer to what we might normally encounter.
Also being able to configure a few nodes that depend on timers, unblockable, unstoppable, etc might be very useful.
Finally, an option to apply the current VT and GC nodes would be fantastic. It would allow us to test attackers and defenders without chancing it in real matches.
