Is it bugged or is a missundestanding my?

Playing against Aol IMIW with Vision Arkus, he still triger the power gain at 15% of health even he has not armor up's effects, is this working as intented or is a bug?

Bugged for years.....
It's a defensive bug, it's going to stay forever.

Apparently they fixed it in the most recent patch notes. Idk if the bug you’re experiencing is related to Abyss IMIW specifically or all IMIW. Still, it’s an irritating bug that should be fixed in all game modes

Bugs in Everest content such as LoL, Abyss etc are handled differently than in other aspects of the game as far as I understand. I have no live ops experience so I can’t speak for them but from a business standpoint it makes more sense to prioritize fixing the bug in the game modes where more players will feel the impact, like questing, arena, BG etc versus Abyss where significantly less people encounter it

That's why imiw bug is fixed after 2.5 years.
