I can’t claim the legends crystal from summoners market, I’ve tried several times, restarted the games. I’m not using the wrong account

They send it to you via in-game mail - unlike the daily which pops up to claim. Check there first and if you don't have it - lodge a ticket.

The problem turned out to be different, I’m using an apple account, which doesn’t have any connection to kabam account, right now I’m trying to understand how to link them
