Angela Debuff issue: Bleed

Angela at Sig 106 has a -25.56% debuff duration reduction per buff on her. For hazard shift shock/bleed node, while at 4+ buffs, she ignores taking any shock debuffs on her when making contact with the defender but fails to do so for bleed debuffs. From the explaination provided under her sig ability, it states generically that it’s for damaging debuffs. Kindly advise on the same. Thanks

Your opponent was running deeps wounds. Angela can only reduce base duration, then the extra duration from deep wounds is added on after the fact. So you’ll notice the bleeds are shorter, but she can never fully negate them against someone who’s running deep wounds
