Did anyone besides me get cheated from receiving the 5* crystal shards [Not A Bug]

I was supposed to receive my 1000 5*crystal shards reward today. I was waiting for the clock to reset and log in so I could complete the special reward category and receive the prize. When it was time to log in nothing happened and the special login category disappeared. But my monthly and weekly loggin registered. I completed the monthly login today as well and received my Thor crystal. Where did the other reward go? Why can't I credit my log in on the special category? Sounds like kabam is cheating its players again. Funny thing is with that reward I would of received my 5* crystal. Anyone had this happen to them too?

That calendar expired yesterday on the 28th day of the monthly calendar, you missed a day in the past week and cheated yourself out of the 1000 shards.

How did I miss a day if my monthly loggin was completed? Please explain this to me.

And I had every day checked marked. But suddenly vanished when I loggin the final day.

The monthly calendar has grace period; the special calendar does not. Are you sure you logged in every single day?

The support team won't even acknowledge that the weekly login has never been reset. The day the support team claimed I didn't login shows I participated in an alliance war and open/read my mail.
