Battlegrounds Matchmaking is Horrible

I get that we need to play higher rated players to gain those higher rank rewards, but my problem is I literally face no one around my rating or below and I'm constantly the one that is unfavourably matched. I've probably payed 70+ games in the new season already and EVERY single match I have faced someone with considerably higher hero rating than mine and thus a larger hero pool and more higher ranked champs. I get that I'm in Diamond and I will need to play some of these accounts to progress, but this is every matchup and its completely taking any fun out of the game mode. Even when I play well, I still lose simply because the opponents champions are beefier and more powerful. How is this supposed to be fun when you know you're going to lose before you've even played the game?... I have 1.5m rating and almost every matchup I have is with people 3.5m+. How are you supposed to win with a team of rank 2s/3s going up against a team of rank 4s/5s? It's completely illogical, unenjoyable and the only way you can succeed is if you're bumping loads of money into the game.

Well, there‘s no workaround. If you are part of the 1% bottom players in the entire pool, literally everyone else will be higher. Sux, but they might all play longer than you.

I mean if you've got 10 hours a day to put into the game, then fairplay! We all know it's a serious grind if you wanna be free to play...

So what do you want to happen? You don't want to face any competition?

Unlock proper masteries and learn champion abilities.

The vast majority of people have no clue about either. They can spend money and get carried in aq/aw. But a much lower account in the hands of a skilled player will win a lot of matches against a huge account in diamond 2.

Will a small account be able to compete with someone who finishes in mysterium or celestial? No. Absolutely not.

People need to start realizing that roster matters to an extent. An Extremely small roster like 5*r3 against 6*5 and 7* has no chance. But a skilled player with 5*r5 and 6*r3 will easily win 50% in diamond 2 against 6*r5.
