Is ONSLAUGHT coming into game?????

During the Battlerealm Brawl we've seen about new game mode but after live ended I re-watched the video and at 1 hr 51 mins 50 seconds around found this one.
At first thought it's Zemo but he more looks like Onslaught who's created by prof-X and Magneto from the comics
So, is Onslaught entering the game?? When he's going to be released??

    I’m fine with that, we could use a new mutant defender, hopefully he’ll require a different counter than the rest of the mutants, all the tough mutant defenders just get shut down so hard
