How should BGs matchmaking be?

I personally think that it should be based on progression. Say bronze to mid gold is conquerer/uc, gold 1 to plat 1 or diamond 3 is tb, while anything above is most likely paragon, with the exception of gc, which just depends on your skill. maybe by prestige too, but im not too sure abt that one.

    Unless I’m misunderstanding something, what would happen to all the paragons who place in gc and get seeded back down to platinum?
