From their perspective, the 6*/7* is doing the damage they were aiming for; but low-rank 2*/3* Lady Deathstrike happens to do disproportionately high Rupture damage.

I can assure you it was not intended.
It may, but I'm not buying the lies.
And Im all up for game balance or what they wanted, and I'll say it again, I'm not buying that particular pile of.

Her dmg is really good if you have her maxed out. My 6* r4 sig200 quite literally melts opponent health bars. But I will admit that is not the case for an unawakened/ low sig version. But it is what it is, some champs need that extra investment to perform...
