    Definitely take Sandman to r3 if you haven't already; and wait on the results of his buff when it's released.

    His utility is truly remarkable; particularly for Alliance War.

    Kate is fab for BGs, though.

    Sandman is already r3. But for this Time i’ll go for Kate bishop. The next one will probably be him.
