7* Odin having the same prefight stats as the 6* version.

Just curious as to why all the other rarities of Odin 2-6 have different percentage/numbers in their prefights (each getting stronger), but the 7* version has the exact same as the 6*. Why doesn't the 7* have higher percentages/numbers in his prefights?
