Missing 6* shards

Spent 50 units to get the short term 1000 6* shards, but it didn’t tip me over the mark. Weird. Spent 70 units to get another 1000. Didn’t work. Hmm
Rebooted. Nothing.
24hr later, still no shards.
FWIW, on another note; the entire AQ map disappears randomly on opening, leaving only my floating name tag and the comets.
