About forming an alliance

What all skills are required to make an alliance rating at 2-3 million??!!

    skills? none. just recruit here in forums and in global chat. all you need is warm bodies to start. recruiting is a constant thing though...so be prepared to always be lookin and posting. the more active you are as a leader the more active youre alliance will be.

    I started a alliance about 16 months ago and its a lot of work like liquid said you have to always recruit and stay on donations and **** like that but we are a 9.8 mil ally now so its worth it if you can keep at it and find some good guys
