Grandmaster mythic nexus crystals not opening.

I am currently playing on a samsung s21 fe device and i just purchased the grandmasters daily special and when i went to open my nexus crystals the first one opened but it took me straight to the opened 2/2 crystals screen and only showed that i had gained 1 champion which was a 4 star symbiote supreme. so i am wondering if i would be able to get any sort of compensation. preferably i just want to get the nexus crystal back that it didnt give me a chance to open. my ingame name is Orangoros~1 and i use the thor cat pfp.
