    You can't accuse anyone of cheating on the forums. You can make a post that says something like "is this matchup suspect?' but you have to blur the names of the people out. Just because you feel like their cheating, does always mean they are. Also, if you feel so confident that someone is cheating, report them in game. Posts like this literally do nothing but add to the clutter of the forums.
