Complete 8.4 + 3x 7* at Rank 3 (which you could do with 100% Necropolis and 100% Act 8) + 3x 6* Relics at Rank 2

Probably gonna be like Thronebreaker, only you have to complete 8.4 instead of 6.4, and have 3 7* rank 3s

Extremely doubtful for 2 reasons. They never have before and how many players will ever actually beat necropolis? They want players to gain progression naturally and story completion mixed with rank ups is the only way they can achieve that.
