Magneto HoX (White Mags) Question about abilities

At 6+ Prowess his abilities state "+50% Buff and Debuff Potency". Does that include his existing Prowess Buffs?
For example if I have 3 of his heavy Prowess buffs at 35% potency each and 7 of his regular prowess buffs at 10% potency each; that would normally add to 175%. But if it increases existing Prowess buffs at 6+ then it goes to 262.5%.
Can anyone confirm this?
Asking because it affects his sig and I may take him to R5.

    "Magneto's personal Special Attack effects gain bonuses based on how many Prowess Buffs Magneto has when the attack starts."

    Even the 7th prowess buff does not gain the increased potency described there. It only affects the buffs and debuffs defined in the special attacks.

    So for example, the text for his SP1 reads, "70% chance to inflict an Armor Break Debuff, removing 1 Armor Up Buff and reducing Armor Rating by X for 14 seconds." If you had 6+ Prowesses, it would instead be "120% chance (1+ prowess) to apply an Armor Break Debuff, reducing Armor Rating by 1.5X (6+ prowess) for 21 seconds (3+ prowess)."

    Buffs and debuffs not caused by the special attacks are not affected.

    Magneto HoX is the pre-fight ability champion summoners bring to stun opponents, he has less potent damage compared to Magneto OG (red) who is more damage oriented.. Magneto HoX gives #hero #metal champion a boost in attack damage.. but he is so rng dependent with or without prowess for his special attacks.. Magneto HoX pre-fight can be activated and your alliance mate can benefit from it which is why some alliance members in a battle group bring him.. 😉
