Iron Man’s Comeback Event

I only have to complete the summoners sigil golden circle quest to earn all the rewards from this event but the only golden circle quest that has been offered is the incursion. How do i get the rewards if there’s no golden circle quest?

    Golden circle quest is available when you activate the sigil. Did the comeback event come with a free sigil subscription?

    Yeah it did and my title says “summoners sigil activated” weird right?
