Doc Ock sp3 not doing damage [Fix in Next Update]

I thought this was a known issue that was going to be addressed in last maintenance, but when I fire off Doc Ock's sp3 during the animation sequence I see the opponents health go down to zero, however when animation ends all of their health has come back and the sp3 did zero damage.

Would appreciate any update you can provide on this.
