    5* X-23 to Rank 3
    X23 higher damage & insane bleed + decent regen. On the other hand iceman is all about immunity + evade kill utility. I would choice 1st one.

    The choice is because they're my best mutant and i've got only 3 t4cc's. Don't want to regret my choice later on. Thanks for your input :)

    All things being equal, Iceman might be the better choice. But all is not equal, with X-23 being a 5*. I'd invest in her.

    I think that sums it up. Later on, you're awesome 4* Iceman will be in today's standard a 3*. You're going to use both of them for a while, but X23 you'll use forever.
