Who do you value more: AA or Scorpion?

Hi folks,
I wanted to get your opinion on which champion you value more for your rosters; AA or Scorpion. Both are obviously kick-ass champs, but I do wonder if Scorpions value is capped due to the existence of HT. Let me know your thoughts!
