Contest keeps updating!

I don't know what to do, everytime I do an arena, or event quest, the loading screen says updating and continues too forever. I've tried uninstalling and installing it, nothing works. It has been going on for months now, I have missed out on alot of new champions, and I miss my arena grind. Anyone have any suggestions how to fix this
