Is Cassie lang bugged?

I'm using Cassie in AW with the decay tactic. I played a couple of fights with her and noticed that my power stings don't stay on. I usually start the fight with a heavy, apply about 8 power stings, then rush to sp1 and activate it. Get a few dexs in and finish my combo with light to apply poison. But despite having poison up, the power stings doesn't stay on. It falls off as if no poison is applied. Is it just for me or am I doing something wrong?

Update: I checked elsewhere but it seems only in AW her mechanics are not working right.
