Clearing non-MEQ content

From a time perspective I've been finding it challenging to clear permanent content of late. Over the last several months I've mainly been spending my time & energy completing most levels of MEQ (easier levels on auto-fight), side quests, AQ, AW and BGs. I'm planning to dedicate a few hours this weekend clearing some permanent content and I'm wondering what's the best return of rewards for time and effort?

Should I focus on exploration of 7.3 & 7.4, completion of 8.1 and 8.2, completion of Grandmaster's Gauntlet or Eternity of Pain. Paragon player if it matters.
