New Paragon player, can't enter Paragon Gauntlet

So fresh Paragon player here.

My situation:

Already on act 8.3, had 2 x R4 already
I finished 100% exploring TB difficulty to get the exploration rewards. Those rewards then allowed me to get my 3rd R4. Now I am Paragon, but I can't claim the ticket to enter the gauntlet, as I have already 100% it and the objective is not being triggered. Am I SOL and have to wait for next month or is there a fix for this?

    Since you weren't Paragon before 100% exploring monthly quest, it won't open for you. You need to send a ticket to support and they will take care of it.

    Technically you're SOL since you completed it before you were Paragon.
    However, if you send a ticket to Support they've been known to be nice and take care of it for you.

    So reached out to support and told them what has transpired as suggested above, and they were kind enough to complete the objective for me. So I have claimed my ticket. <3
