Pretty much what the title says.
While I kinda get the idea that Kabam may be going for here; not having two major game mode running at the same exact time, this is actually causing a lot more stress for alliances in general, especially for those that focus on both game modes. Before BG's, alliances and members would use the off-season down time to search out for a stronger (or more laid back) alliance that would fit their needs. Members would just wait for the season rewards and move on.
The problem now is people are also waiting for BG rewards before they leave, so now that we are 2-3 wars into the new season, alliances are suddenly scrambling to fill in the missing slots, causing more stress for leaders, officers and members.
We needs a least some down time, at least like 2 or 3 days, where alliances and members can shift around and get settled in, cause at this rate it doesn't matter when you leave your alliance, you are screwing yourself and others in either one of the 2 modes.
