Doing 8.2.2, I was attempting a path, and when I exited without completing the path, I got the reward. I know that happens with revives and heals, but this was with t3a and t6b frags. Someone tell me if I'm about to get banned

It’s a feature. If the items spawn again once you quit and get the rewards, it’s a bug.

You won’t get banned. In 8.2 the t3a and t6b are claimable without completing the quest. They will not re-spawn.
