Solo Event - Completion Award Problems

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
I'm having issue's with solo games "Grave Robber" and "Big Spender". I don't know what I'm doing wrong. It states I've completed the level %100, but I'm not getting the awards. What more do I need to do to earn these awards?

    The rewards are time locked. Look at the timers on each reward.

    Is there like a chart or calendar that explains what: 1d 19.05 means? I know I sound clueless but I can be taught! lol

    It means that you will get the rewards in 1 day 19 hours and 5 minutes
