Should I wait for a better pull?

Just completed my initial Necropolis run and got the gem that I wanted the least, tech. Wanted to pull Shuri from the tech crystal selector at least, but ended up duping G2099 and getting Mysterio. Is anyone really worth rank 3 (I have a duped IMIW who I refuse to acknowledge exists), or should I just wait?

    Rank 3 Mysterio would be amazing, do it only if you like fishbowl tho. It makes sense to wait for shuri she's great for necropolis.
