How to Fix Sauron, This only have 2 problems and even then they don't fix him

1* +60% Basic Attack Damage and +35% Prowess potency at sig 200, 30% Prowess potency at Sig 1 instead of 10%
2* His Modes from special Attacks get reset after a special Attack in extinction mode and have 7 seconds duration instead of 4
3* (optional) Self Synergy (Next step of evolution) : All mutants get +5% Attack Rating and +4% Crit Ranting per self Prowess at max of 10 Prowess
