Update Incursions Reward Tier Requirements

Right now the reward tiers is strictly based on champions owned, which may not be an issue for people who already have upgraded champions; however, if you opened crystals and don't have the resources to upgrade them or you buy crystals and get higher champions then you practically get locked into higher incursion zones than you may be capable of. An update to this doesn't negatively impact anyone, but can positively affect people who unknowingly open crystals and get moved up.
My prestige is 8.5k, but because I have 6* champions I'm locked into zone 1 right now. my average team is only capable of doing sector 3.

If we update it, it can make it more accessible for everyone. I think the best update would to look at prestige, or take the average of the top 20 champions. Something that's more limiting than just the amount of champions owned.
