What happened

I was playing bgs, and the match was my torch against his overseer. Once i was going to use his (Torch) prefight, the prefight availability was grey and i couldnt tap it. I couldnt enter it where it shows the description too. Just the grey "prefight" button was there. Once the fight began, i had no nova flame active and lost the fight. Why bro? Has this occurred to any of yall?

did you take screenshots ? if so, contact support even though they wont change the result of the match, if its a real bug they can list it to the fix list

It was match 2
