Catacombs Treasure Box Reward Bugs

Last week wendsday on a proven level account, I claimed the weekly shovel and got the box from the weekly quest that it released with and went to claim the 4* sig stones from the store only to find that the sig stones did not appear in my inventory nor were they able to be used on any awakened 4*.
Today I got the conqueror title and the solo objectives refreshed so I went into a previously unexplored version of the SQ to claim the box. Completed the quest with the box showing on the path and on the completion screen but the box didn't appear in my inventory and I cant claim any of the store items.
