6* incursions crystal question?

How does the incursion crystals rotation work? Is it a complete revamp or crystals from lower rarities move to higher rarity? What I'm asking is, there is this true accuracy crystal in 3* and 5* rarity. After 13 days, the incursion crystal will reset. Will we get the true accuracy crystal in 4* and 6* rarity, or is it a complete revamp of champions in all rarities?
Why i'm asking is , the true accuracy crystal has Aegon. Is it wise to spend all the incursions artifacts stash (Which I don't have much anyways) on 6* crystal for Aegon as 7* champs in the pool or not great anyways? One can buy upto 6 crystal with max limit of 500k artifacts. What would you say, will you buy 6* crystals for Aegon (In case you don't have him and struck at necropolis like me) or would you rather save the fragments for 7* crystal?

    Afaik it’s not connected and not rotating between different rarities. But good chance that Ægon might be in one of them (but I think he was in two of the last month).

    I wish Aegon is there in one of them as 6* rarity
