Missing Catacombs Chest

I just used my shovel to get the Catacombs Chest in the side quest, I try to purchase the 7* shards and for some reason it said insufficient funds, I've checked my inventory and both the shovel and catacomb chest in nowhere to be found.
Here are the images of my inventory to show I don't have the shovel and chest, my objectives to actually show I had completed the objective for the shovel, and the store to show I've not purchased or used my chest





I'd appreciate it if this can be looked into, my in game name is holros

Ya maybe it's buggy....I went to use my first of two today and it said I bought 2k 7 star shards....deffff didn't buy it....I mean I probably would have anyways but still weird
