Mysteriously Banned

So last night I decided to login to try and play mcoc to great surprise I was banned and that being permanently. Why is the question?
I’ve contacted support but all they do is copy and paste a script they have to say I’ve been banned with no proof and information on the basis as to what was done and when. I wasted over 80 level 1 and level 2 revives. 20 level 2 team revives. 10 level 3 team revives. 15 level 3 revives. 5 level 4 revives. 300 worth of 4 hour crystals and a further 5k units on revives etc to complete necropolis. Yes I done it within 3/4 days but I did nothing but the game for those days with hours of practice and retries.
I feel as if kabam has defamed me by this and thinking that I’ve played for 8 years and spent hundreds if not thousands of pounds this is not right. I’ve never been banned previously and all of a sudden banned.
They are accusing me of misconduct without any basis. How is it I am banned permanently without adequate explanation and baring in mind I’ve never been banned before? As a player who has financially contributed to the game consistently over 8 years, I expect transparency and fair treatment as would anyone. I am serious considering involving consumer associations to assert my rights and take this up with lawyers to be compensated not only for all I’ve spent but also for 8 years down the drain without explanation.
I hope this issue can be resolved fairly and promptly
