What is going on with titania

I don’t know what’s going on but I would over half the time I use a special 3 and try to heavy chain in the corner with Titania the AI will throw their special making the whole sp3 rotation useless. I never had this before. So is there something going on?

No, it's how it's always worked. It's not a guarantee that they'll never throw a special unless they have 3 intimidates on them.

Yep, there is DEFINITELY an AI behaviour change after her sp3. Many players have already noticed this,

I’ve used her tons and the AI only throws their special about 1/10 times. They have a high chance to not throw their special, but there’s still that tiny chance that they decide to be annoying

Sp-3 rush, have Haymaker available, use heavy and sp-3 immediately after first hit of heavy.
Enemy will have lots of debuff and they will hold block in corner, just chain heavy on and on till you win.

According to the disagrees this is false (don't ask me how. It literally says the debuffs are 30% potency in her kit. It cannot be more clear)
