How do I counter this? I got it, Kabam, obviously, not with Herc with Herald+Odin prefights and Buff Cornucopia.

Some node combinations you just have to bring in a counter at the start of the room. Titania would probably do the job here.

The problem is that, you can't bring back the champion that you swapped.
So let's say I'm running Herc+Hemidal+Thor.

Now I got these node combos, so I swapped Titania for any of the three but after the fight I won't be able to swap in the same champ, which is very bad design.

So you just need a champ who can’t gain buffs but also doesn’t inflict debuffs….

Unitman synergy appears to be your only option.

U can swap the chamo but of different rarity, synergy will be same if it's a 5* version.
Kp or red guardian would hv done this fight easy
