'AI adjustment' bugs?

Just starting a bug thread showcasing my experience. The current meta in bg doesn't show a purify option for the defender. Yet a warlock mysteriously shrugged off two stuns prematurely and launched specials into my combos. Idk if this is meant to make the game more challenging. But it doesn't. It just makes it annoying. I know of the buff purify on me. But this was not the case. Mid stun. Special dropped.
